How we handle your information.

We may collect your name, email address, account details, product selections, order and license records, support messages, newsletter choices, and information needed to provide secure access.

We also process limited technical and security information, such as session data, download records, request timestamps, and safe audit details used to prevent fraud and troubleshoot the service.

We use information to create and secure accounts, process and reconcile orders, deliver digital products and services, answer support requests, maintain licenses, improve the marketplace, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Essential transactional messages may be sent for account, order, delivery, service, subscription, security, and support purposes.

We send newsletters, launch news, tips, and offers only when you make the relevant marketing choice. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe option, and opt-outs are applied to future marketing sends.

Addresses reported as bounced or complained are suppressed to protect recipients and our sending reputation. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent essential transactional or support messages.

We use service providers only as needed to operate the marketplace. These may include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication, database and storage, configured payment providers for payment processing, and Amazon SES or Resend for email delivery.

Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by the marketplace. We do not sell personal information or email lists.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, protect accounts, maintain order and license records, meet tax or legal requirements, and resolve disputes. We then delete or anonymize it when appropriate.

We use access controls, encrypted secrets, authenticated sessions, and operational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or help with your communication preferences, subject to applicable legal and record-retention requirements.
