You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your sign-in details, and using the marketplace lawfully. You must not probe, disrupt, automate abuse of, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or another customer's content.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, chargebacks, or security risk.

Product and service pages describe the current price, currency, scope, license, and included items. An order is treated as paid only after the configured payment provider confirms it to our server.

You are responsible for checking compatibility and requirements shown before purchase and for providing the information needed to deliver a service.

After verified payment or an approved freebie request, eligible customers receive the applicable dashboard access, download, license, documentation, or service workflow. Delivery timing may depend on the product or service description.

We may send essential transactional messages about accounts, orders, delivery, services, subscriptions, security, and support. Marketing messages are governed by the choices described in our Privacy Policy.

Digital files are licensed, not sold outright. Your permitted use is governed by the license shown with the product. Unless that license expressly allows it, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share the original files or download access.

Ojas Creative and its licensors retain their rights in the marketplace, branding, product files, and other protected material.

Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy and any non-excludable rights that apply to you. Approved refunds may revoke the related license and download entitlement.

Availability may depend on third-party hosting, authentication, storage, payment, email, and network services. We may update or temporarily interrupt features for security, maintenance, or operational reasons.

We may update these terms when the service, law, or our operating practices change. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
