Templates, website sections, bundles, licenses, documentation, and freebies are delivered electronically. No physical package is shipped and no physical shipping charge applies to these products.

After successful payment verification, eligible purchases are normally made available through the customer dashboard, a secure download link, or the delivery method stated on the product page.

Automated digital delivery is generally available shortly after the payment provider confirms the transaction. Payment review, fraud screening, account verification, network issues, or maintenance may delay access.

Free resources may require a valid email address and any consent shown on the request form before the download or access instructions are delivered.

Services are delivered electronically according to the scope, milestones, and timeline agreed for the order. Any estimated start or completion date is communicated separately and does not represent physical shipping.

If information, content, access, or approval is required from the customer, the delivery timeline may begin or resume only after it is received.

Provide an accurate email address, maintain access to your account, and review compatibility or software requirements before purchasing. Download links and licensed files must not be shared with unauthorized users.

Availability in a country, supported currency, payment method, tax treatment, and settlement are subject to applicable law and the payment provider's rules.

If access is not available after a confirmed payment, first check the email address used at checkout, your spam folder, and the customer dashboard. Then contact support with the order number and account email so we can investigate.

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
